On November 23, 2022, Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP) and Springer Nature Group celebrated the 10th anniversary of their China-themed book collaboration. Wang Fang, President of FLTRP, and Dr. Niels Peter Thomas, President of Springer Nature Group Global Books, attended the event.

Wang Fang said the "Chinese Academic Library" and "Key Concepts in Chinese Thought and Culture Series" have introduced numerous well-known Chinese scholars' works to the international market, disseminating the essence of Chinese culture, Chinese wisdom, and Chinese values. These two projects have become a model for Chinese and foreign publishing institutions to jointly develop topics and cooperate in international promotion. 

In his speech, Dr. Niels Peter Thomas pointed out that the original purpose of the China-themed book collaboration ten years ago was to introduce Chinese culture and academic ideas to the world and promote understanding and dialogue between China and the world. Springer Nature Group is honored to join hands with FLTRP to interpret the essence of this heritage to the world, to help the world better understand China, and to draw wisdom from classic works on Chinese themes while addressing these challenges.
