《新挑战新应对新局面（英文版）》是中国国际问题研究院和中国国际问题研究基金会联合举办的国际形势与中国外交研讨会的重要成果之一，其中不乏国内专家学者和外交官对国际问题与中国外交的精辟见解。《新挑战新应对新局面（英文版）》共收录论文30篇，分为世界经济与区域一体化、国际安全、地区形势新变化及中国外交四个部分，每部分都有重头文章压阵，又有对热点问题的独到见解，对当前国际形势和中国外交做出了较为全面的阐述。
